HOW TO ENROL AT KINDERPLACE CHILD CARE CENTRE

  1. Fill out application forms. Ensure that staff are aware if your child has anaphylactic allergies.  Additional forms and or training by the parent/Supervisor may be required in order for all staff to be aware of your child's specific anaphylactic allergy.
  2. Bring in completed immunization card. Immunization must be up-to-date in order for a child to attend Kinderplace.
  3. Pay $100 fee deposit prior to starting date.
  4. Provide current telephone numbers where you can be reached, in case of emergency. We require a list of the people who have permission to pick up & drop off as well as emergency contact names.
